If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if the item is eligible for return, please promptly return it within 14 days upon receipt for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. We accept returns via mail to our distribution center and in person at Stuart Weitzman boutiques. Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Upon request, stuartweitzman.com prices will be honored in store. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
