Bought this bag last month and love it! It is roomy and has enough structure to keep its shape. The staff at SW even waterproofed it for me in the store.

This bag has to be the best looking bag you could add to your closet. A staple! Like all SW products, the quality is top notch. I ordered the suede and can't wait to show it off this fall. We all need this bag in our closet.

I bought a brown HOBO bag this winter in NY, and it instantly became my favorite after using it for 3 straight days. For spring/summer, I ordered a raffia version but was disappointed as it won't stay on my shoulder. I tried it with different outfits and had others try it too, but it just slides off. I ended up leaving it in my hotel room and used a Sax 5th Avenue shopping bag instead. The brown suede bag is my favorite, but the raffia bag is now my worst purchase. I'm unsure how to fix it, and SW's customer service was unhelpful.
