Any full-price purchase made between 11.10.2024 and 12.24.2024 may be returned until 1.12.2025.
Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the original form of payment. Purchases made by cash will be refunded by corporate mail check. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
These return policies do not apply to any Stuart Weitzman purchase made at department stores. Please refer to the host store's return policy.
We want you to love your Stuart Weitzman purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and if the item is eligible for return, please promptly return it within 14 days upon receipt for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. We accept returns via mail to our distribution center and in person at Stuart Weitzman boutiques. Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Upon request, stuartweitzman.com prices will be honored in store. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
