Excellent customer service and follow thru!

Brigitte was absolutely wonderful to deal with on the exchange and eventual purchase of my new boots! I had previously been sent a boot that didn't match the feminine Dresy style I like to have at work and these new boots ended up perfect! Brigitte was patient , always replying to my emails , answering questions and sending me pictures of possible replacements . It is because of her I instead purchased a 2nd pair I liked a lot more! These boots are a must have. They are timeless and essential in creating a capsule wardrobe. I got the suede and they look sooooo expensive! Love them so much!
